The instrument
A cofactor equation mapping how hexokinase-II, Bcl-xL, and cholesterol jointly set the apoptotic threshold, expanded into six atlas layers and 22 mechanisms, plus the Gate-Jamming Score as a candidate biomarker for cancer immune evasion.
The finding
The model generates 24 experimentally verifiable predictions about selective toxicity from cofactor occupancy, and the CBD two-pathway component reaches 90% concordance against 70+ published papers.
What failed
Nothing has failed yet, and that is precisely the problem. Concordance with published literature is not validation — it is agreement with the same corpus the model was built from. None of the 24 predictions has been tested at a bench.
